| Great service, thorough diagnostics - mechanic found a tech. service bulletin for uneven rear tire wear that Parkway Honda never notified me of after being marketed for many types of service bulletins in the last 5 years. Reading further, in 2013 a notice was posted on the carcomplaints.com website indicating a class action law suit against Honda for this very problem. What happened to Transport Canada policing this issue? Thank you AML for finding this problem, and shame on Honda, again! |

| After driving over a severe bump in the road and braking, what turned out to be, a shock in the rear suspension of my car I arrived at AML to find their parking lot full. I was warned they were extremely busy. I expected to leave my car, head home and allow them the day to diagnose the problem, order the part and, hopefully, fix the car. Customer Service rep Richard, said to hang on for a moment, and after a quick inspection, he called the dealer and ascertained that the part was available, left the office to retrieve the part - granted it wasn?t far for him to go, but still, above and beyond the normal duties of a front desk Customer Service Rep?s job I would say! - and I was in and out and back on the road with a fixed vehicle in ?. LESS THAN ONE HOUR! This was not an out of the ordinary occurrence. This is the way they do business at AML! |
