| I had a wonderful experience with Richard and the other staff at AML Auto Service. I am a new car owner, having inherited an old family car and was looking for a mechanic in Toronto. After calling around to a few places, I was very pleased to talk to Richard who explained everything in terms I could understand (as I am admittedly not a "car person") and was very upfront about pricing. He did a diagnostic on the car and then called me to make sure I was okay with the work that needed to be done. At one stage, it was discovered that he may not have to do some of the work so he called me to tell me to take the car back, drive it around and if I don't see the issue again, there's no need to come back. I really appreciated this because it showed he was being honest in his assessment and not performing unnecessary work. He also came in UNDER budget for the manual work that was being done. I will definitely be going back to AML for all of my automotive needs! |
