| AML replaced the dead battery in my older A4 for less than they quoted over the phone! (How often do you get that kind of pleasant surprise?). And about 75% less than it would have cost at the Audi dealership. Not only that, they were able to do the job with only two days' notice, whereas I would have had to wait a week for an appointment at Audi Downtown. Way to go, AML! |

| I really liked how I was able to make an appointment to get my oil change done. I drive my car for a living, so it is quite difficult to set aside some time to get this important job done. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and performed a quick oil change for. I have already recommended this shop to my family and friends! |

My car needed significant work done and at the last minute I wanted to add an additional item and they made sure it was accomplished without any delay in getting my car back.
