| Diagnosing an electrical problem is tricky. Even though the tech was unable to make an initial diagnosis, the second time the problem was identified and the repair made. I wasn't charged for the initial incorrect diagnosis. |

| I had been taking my truck to another garage and had many problems with the repairs to the point of being in danger on the highway on one occasion. The last repair this garage performed was in error and cost me $280. And still the car was not fixed. The part was replaced for the second time. No change. I figure I wasted close to $1500 at this garage over their mistakes and had had enough. Lesson learned. I took it to AML. Art found the problem and fixed it. AML and its technicians spend time understanding the issue completely and don't waste time and money (mine) guessing at the resolution. |

| AML was recommended to me by a friend once I bought my car. This was probably the best recommendation I have ever had! It is not like taking my car to a "mechanic"; it feels more like bringing it in to an uncle or cousin or other family member to have a look at. The guys there speak to you like a friend, not like a customer. After doing something very stupid (knocking off my sideview mirror) and having to replace it, I felt very angry at myself because with the prices of everything going up drastically, it seems, I can't really afford to incur these careless kinds of costs. When I brought it to AML, they repaired it faster than the estimated time, knocked off the extra estimated time off my bill and were a absolute pleasure to deal with. I almost cried after saving some money! I know most shops will charge you 1 hour for 5 minutes of work -- as this is the norm -- so I really appreciated the efficiency and fairness of AML. They could easily have taken the full estimated time and left it at that, instead they saved me some money. It definitely made me feel better about the whole, careless incident and restored my faith in people just wanting to help out people. I have recommended AML to people I know with cars and will continue to do so. Thank you so much! |
