| AML provides excellent, timely & courteous service. However I was rather disconcerted at my last visit with a large increase in the bill for service & not entirely convinced by the explanation |

| Every thing was fixed to my satisfaction & more. Unfortunately, the problem with the gear shift not being in park was not fixed and was made apparent even when I came to pick up the car a it could not be locked. This is indicative of the problem. It is a manageable problem & I will have it looked at next time I bring the car in. |

| The lights on my dashboard are still on as they were when I first came there. There momentarily stopped yesterday but they?re back on today. However, I?m leaving for a couple weeks and I will not be used in the car so I?ll have to come in when I get back. Thank you |

| I?ve always had great service from Jay. My only complaint is I think you could?ve got my rims for less. When I went to Goodyear on Bathurst they quoted 85.00per rim as opposed to your 95.00 per rim! That?s a forty plus dollar difference. |
