Always prompt service, polite, done right and consistent communications. I had my door repaired, the parts were ridiculous but that was the manufacturer ( Toyota). There was no aftermarket for those 2 small door parts. I wrote a letter about it to them but got unsurprisingly an unsatisfactory response. No surprise there! |

I have one recurrent problem with AML and with my associates equally: you are men! Specifically, men hate to write things down, thinking they're still 25-year old Invincibles, but their memories are draining in the oil pan. My last three times there, something was forgotten. Doesn't happen with me: I have a scratch pad when talking to a client, then an appointment book, and finally a client list with particulars. Trouble with everything on a computer, you got to remember to look at it. And does it cover the waterfront....a hundred little details? Every man needs to develop his own system. In Richard's case, I realize I may have to come in and create one for him. Tony |

I would give them 5 stars if their hours of operations weren't so restrictive for individuals that work a regular 9-5 job. Customer services and work is top notch otherwise. |
